Steps for ‘Option:1 Book And Pay Now.’
Services
On the ‘1.Service’ tab above: Choose the language, lesson and teacher from the drop down menus. And then select the days and times suitable for you to take a lesson.
Time
On the ‘2.Time’ tab above: You are only selecting the Day and Time to begin your first lesson. You can then book more lessons on the ‘3.Repeat’ tab after you press next.
Repeat
On the ‘3.Repeat’ tab above: This is where you book more lessons. First tick the schedule box, select the days, press schedule button to choose the specific times for your lessons.
Details
On the ‘4.Details’ tab: Enter the required information in the appropriate fields, and then enter any special requirements (optional field).
Payment
On the ‘5.Payment’ tab: Check your booking days and the amount charged. Choose the payment option you want, and proceed with the payment.
Done
On the ‘6.Done’ tab: ‘A thank you’ message will appear when you have completed. And an email containing your booking details will be sent to you.
Lesson Terms & Conditions
The lessons of any lesson package have to be spent within the validity from the date of the purchase. In exceptional cases this time span can be extended, this will need to be arranged individually.

12 Hour-Cancellation Policy
Please pay attention to the 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so up until 12 hours before our scheduled appointment. In case that you did not reschedule or cancel the tutoring within this time frame, you will be charged for the class respectively it will be substracted from your lesson package.
